    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different payment method; no additional charges will be incurred by the Customer as a result of using this refund method.
    • The Customer shall return the goods or deliver them to Mirplay Salon without undue delay, but in no case later than 14 days after the date of sending the notice of withdrawal from the contract to Mirplay Salon.

    • The Mirplay Salon may withhold the refund until it has received the goods(s) back or the Customer has provided proof that they have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

6. Good Standing

For the products of the Mirplay Salon  Act V of 2013 ( Civil Code) and the 45/2014.(II.26.) A defect is not covered by the warranty if the cause of the defect occurred after the delivery of the product to the Customer, for example, if the defect

  • improper installation (unless the installation was carried out by Mirplay Salon or its agent, or if the improper installation is due to a fault in the instruction manual)
  • misuse, failure to observe the instructions for use
  • improper storage, mishandling, damage
  • damage caused by natural disasters

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the Customer:

  • in the first place, at its option, repair or replacement, unless the chosen warranty claim is impossible to fulfil or would result in disproportionate additional costs for Mirplay Salon compared to the fulfilment of the other warranty claim, taking into account the value of the product in its original condition, the seriousness of the breach of contract and the damage to the Customer's interests caused by the fulfilment of the warranty claim.
  • if the Mirplay Salon has not undertaken to repair or replace the goods, cannot fulfil this obligation within a reasonable period of time, without prejudice to the interests of the Customer, or if the Customer's interest in repair or replacement has ceased, the Customer may, at its option, request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price, have the defect repaired or replaced by another party at the expense of the Mirplay Salon, or withdraw from the contract. No cancellation may be made for minor defects.

If, due to the failure of the product, the Customer is unable to repair the product within 3 working days within the time limit, Mirplay Salon is obliged to replace the product, provided that the defect prevents the product from being used as intended.

The repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time, taking into account the characteristics of the product and the intended use expected by the Customer, and without prejudice to the interests of the Customer. Mirplay Salon shall endeavour to carry out the repair or replacement within a maximum of thirty working days.

Only new parts may be installed in the product during the repair.

The warranty period does not include the part of the repair period during which the Customer cannot use the product as intended.

Mirplay Salon is only released from its warranty obligation if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after the performance.

However, the Customer does not have that right, make a warranty and guarantee claim for the same defect, or a product warranty and a guarantee claim at the same time and against each other at the same time.

7. Miscellaneous

7.5 The contracting parties shall make every effort to settle any disputes through negotiations. If it is not possible to settle the dispute by negotiation, the contracting parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Buda, depending on the value of the dispute.
